Looking for a quick and easy dinner that the whole family will love? These Crockpot Chicken Tacos are the answer! With minimal prep (5 minutes on the front end and 5 minutes on the back end) and only a few ingredients, you can set it and forget it while the slow cooker does all the work. Not only are these tacos packed with flavor, but they’re also healthy and customizable. We use this for tacos, quesadillas, salad bowl style and even loaded nachos.

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet Siete Fajita Seasoning (or your favorite taco seasoning)
- 1/2 cup bone broth (or chicken broth)
- Tortillas (corn or flour)
- Toppings: avocado, salsa, cilantro, shredded cheese, lime wedges
Instructions:
- Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Season It Up: Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken and pour in the bone broth.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.
- Shred: Once the chicken is cooked, shred it in the crockpot using two forks and stir to combine with the juices and seasoning.
- Serve: Warm your tortillas, then fill them with the shredded chicken. Add your favorite toppings like sliced avocado, salsa, a squeeze of lime, and a sprinkle of cilantro or cheese.
