Its summertime so naturally my kids want popsicles every time they swim or are outside for more than 10 minutes. I refuse to buy the junky high fructose corn syrup, red #40 filled popsicles, so these are a great alternative. Plus, the kids have fun making them! I was going for a chocolate covered strawberry vibe here, but you could definitely customize these to be whatever flavor you wanted- the formula is simple- frozen fruit + protein shake.

Ingredients:
- 12 oz protein shake
- 1/2 cup-1 cup of frozen strawberries
- optional chocolate chips
Directions:
Place the protein shake and berries in the blender and mix until smooth. If using chocolate chips, place in the mold, and then pour the mixture into the molds. Freeze for 4+ hours or until frozen through. Enjoy!
